Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size/color choice.

We will, however, accept returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged, faulty, or do not match the product description on our website.

 

Eligibility for a Return

 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is:

  • Damaged: Arrived broken or with a significant flaw.

  • Faulty: Does not work as intended or described.

  • Incorrect: The wrong item was sent to you (e.g., wrong product, color, or size).

Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

  2. After reviewing your claim, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Do not send the item back to the address on the package without first receiving a return authorization.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
